Need help installing downloaded Coasters

I am having a very hard time installing rollercoasters I have downloaded. I have done it before but forgot how to do it. If anyone can help me that would be great.

Coaster don't need "installing" - just download them then within NL2 navigate to where you downloaded them to and open/play!
