I love when multiple rides are incorporated into the same structure.

That mountain structure is outstanding. And the winger uses it like 4-5 times, that's going to be a fun one.

Also, for those wondering why the Blue Fire clone hasn't gone up yet. Well... this is why:

Image

"From October 2016 to January 2018, Wuxi Wanda City Investment Co., Ltd. imported a set of launched roller coaster tracks from Germany in six batches, valued at 2,382,300 euros.
Wuxi Customs carried out safety performance inspection according to law and found that there are many problems of safety performance quality of linear defects in the local base metal of the track. After re-inspection and after treatment by German technology, it still found that there were many safety performance quality problems in the local base material of the track. Wuxi Customs determined that the quality of 124 tracks of the launched roller coaster was unqualified."

But seriously. Just imagine how bad it really had to be for them to send it back.
What are these for?

I would expect to have them send fully ready track and such? On the picture it still looks like raw track without any treatment. Or did China cheap out worse than Six Flags and went with their own painting department onsite?

Wait a minute, I'm way behind here...is the Blue Fire clone not by Mack? Doesn't seem like Mack to be sending out raw track with flaws to its client. Also that B&M Wing Coaster looks like potentially the best of its kind.

Seems like the quality control issues with Wuxi's Blue Fire clone have been sorted since it is now vertical:

POV of Wuxi's B&M Wing Coaster (apparently has a name of Soaring with Eagle) during testing:

...and while we are on the subject of POV's, one has recently been upload of the golden horse suspended family coaster at the indoor Wanda park in Qingdao. This is the one that has an inversion, which looking at the pov, looks very bizarre:

Here's a update from the various Wanda parks being built across China. Or as they are now being referred to as Sunac parks after a re brand in the entire chain.

First is some concept art for the Sunac park in Chongqing. This will have a new Intamin Impulse:

This next one is interesting. This is the Sunac park in Chengdu. This is due to receive an Intamin Blitz coaster... that is a clone of Taron at Phantasialand, as seen by the concept art:

Image

Construction has begun on this park and track has arrived for that Taron clone:

Image

Image

Image

Image

Image

Things now get a little weird here since a new Wanda/Sunac indoor auto themed park is being built in Shanghai. It's main attraction is a spike coaster... made by Golden Horse. Yep, a Golden Horse spike coaster now exists. Here are the images to prove:

Image

From my understand, Maurer did actually bid for this project, but the contract ended up going to Golden Horse instead.

Back onto less weird projects, over at Sunac Wuxi, the blue fire clone is now complete:

Image

Finally, we have the Sunac park in Guangzhou. Here, we have two images of the sit-down side of the Dual Dragons testing as we as a look inside of the Knock-off Mack Suspended powered coaster:

...and now, the moment you've all been waiting for. You've seen the sit-down side running and you've seen the inverted side running. Here everyone is the first video footage of Dual Dragons, the dueling sit-down/invert Intamin running together:

https://twitter.com/i/status/1114317896266575872

There's also a short onboard look for the invert side of the coaster:

https://twitter.com/i/status/1114318312421253120

That concludes this massive update on the Wanda/Sunac parks across China.

What i find interesting is how the inverted side will have lap-bars.
