Fury has gone vertical:

There are also reports going out that this will have a top speed of 106.6 kph (66.2 mph) making this the fastest coaster in Benelux... That is until Walibi Belgium's Intamin Mega Coaster opens in 2021 which has a speed of 113 kph (70.2 mph).

Apparantly riders will be able to vote with an onboard button whether they want to ride forwards or backwards. If the majority of the 12 riders votes backwards then the turntable will put the train on backwards.
I think this is a great concept.

Seems like an odd choice though, forcing people to ride backwards who might not want to. Could put people off riding altogether.

I feel the same way as Matt. The idea of having a vote is cool, but I know certain people who dislike going backwards on a coaster. Heck, some people might even get more nauseous and ruin their day due getting an unwanted ride.

I guess it might have been a better choice on having a split at the end of the queue. One train goes forward, next train travels backwards and thus keep on alternating between them. It would remove the surprise element, but also all other kind of possible complaints.

I imagine it might evolve into this in the future - much like how Tivoli doesn't let you custom fly those planes anymore.

Bit more than a month then. Let's see if it will open in time, considering the trackwork is not done yet (and I think the turntable will give some start up issues as well)
Talking about the turntable: Bobbejaanland announced that the ride will travel only forwards during select periods on a day so that guests who don't want to ride backwards can ride as well

I'm into it...I see the turntable there in the middle of the launch track, I'm wondering how it gets back to the station.

Edit: There's a turntable on the other side as well. Very interesting.

Looks fun, although making the second spike wonky is pointless as it barely ascends it. It's actually a major letdown to me, I'd like to see an element that goes to somewhere between 0.5 and -0.5 G's while inverted, into an inverted bunny hop at between -1.0 and -1.5 vertical G.

Agreed on the spire, it's basically decorative. I was hoping the POV would have shown the turntables. I'm not sure this is an improvement on their previous triple launch coasters.

Who started the whole triple-launch craze, anyway? It was Premier, right? And then Intamin was the first to incorporate a switch-track iirc.

I agree, I still hope that this footage is still onride footage from the earlier test rides they've done. I expect some more footage to appear after this weekend. When the ride is officially opened.

Here's a video which includes the coaster travelling a bit faster and includes a backwards POV:

In the meantime, the coaster is now open.

How were the crowds? Seeing it's still running single train operation...

It was very crowded in the park last sunday. I didn't actually keep track of time but we didn't wait longer than an hour. The queue line is pretty short.
