first i was going to make this a poll, but there's to many options, so just write in, your favorite drop on any ride.

Mine, well i love Great Bear's helix before the drop, and how you contine going to the left in the loop, but Big Bad Wolf's second drop is the best drop. If you have no prior knolege to this ride (unlike me), and don't know what the layout is before riding (unlike me) then this would scare the crap out of you. You are heading straight into the Rhine River but then you bank over 90 degrees, and the Lat G's come up and you fell like your going upward, then you contine thru the woods swinging every which way, it is so awesome

The drop next to the first drop in that picture is the most insanely violent moment on a coaster that I have ever experienced. Theres amazing airtime on that drop in any seat, but if your in the back seat coming off that drop, the car instantly drops out from under you and you are sent flying a foot up into the air until you slam into the buzzbar-like restraint (and these are even better than buzzbars). And when you hit it, you hit it HARD. I had bruises on my thighs after riding it a few times, its just an incredible drop...

EGF's Stengel Drop is awesome. You float out of your seat and then twist fast to the right. Amazing.
American Eagle's (Backwards Side) Drop is also breathtaking because you feel so unrestrained backwards and there's a ton of airtime.
Deja Vu's vertical drops also deserve an honorable mention.

i think millennium forces drop is pretty insane, next to TTD.

but out of i've been on, wilde beaste at PCW is pretty insane, and those tiny banked hills are cool, and the fan curve is so cool, it just shakes like crazy when the train goesaround it. so yaa.

Apocolypse @ Drayton Manor

AS for coasters, i havnt really expeirenced an awesome drop, some of the drops on the Grand National are sweet and as IntaminFan said about his coaster, it sends you flying upwards into your restraint before coming back down

For me, I'd say Ghostrider backseat from when it was new and not as rough, but for now no doubt the first drop on X, nothing like droping face down at 70 mph.

Only coasters I've been on with good drops are MF and TTD, but obviously, TTD's is better, way better than MF's. (even though MF's is still really good)

Comet at hershey is awesome, the most UNDERRATED RIDE ON EARTH. The ride is the best in back seat, you are out of your seat, feeling like you'll fly into the creek below. And Comet's only has a 2 person seat belt, and a bar that only comes down 90 degrees, so you get alot of air with almost no restraint. One time i rode with my friend, and he was up on the middle seat divider at the bottom, that much air

It still has airtime? I heard that after the trim brake on the second turnaround there isnt any airtime and its pretty slow...if you think it has airtime now, thats NOTHING compared to what it used to have.

Correct FN ... the basics are there though. Hence why they are often confused with one another, especially in pictures. ;-)

My favorite was Raptor's in the back row. It actually made me lose my stomach more than MF!
