Looks really nice so far, Real. Looks like a basic, but very realistic layout. That's not a criticism either...I tend to enjoy the realistic layouts more than the "let's see if I can create a totally odd B&M layout so I can get higher originality points" type of tracks. I look forward to seeing it! [:D]

You havent seen the side views yet ;)

If you go to the NLDC link you can read the layout.

Yeah, I read it already. [:)] It sounds like a cool variation of Hydra and Batman, just like you said.

Now that you brought it up, how about a side view pic? [:D]

Edit: A little clarification about my "let's see if I can make a totally odd b&m layout so I can get higher originality points" comment, this is the type of track I'm talking about: http://www.coastercrazy.com/track_excha ... p?tid=2219 [lol]

Shhhh...don't tell pym I said that. [:P]

Nice! No doubt a bit of airtime too for the back seat riders coming off the lift.

Just so you know, so far the only portions that were mathematically created were the lift, drop and loop. Everything else was hand crafted first :)

Also, after I hand craft yes, I AHG the whole thing. However, it is a pain because I like to make the AHG as accurate as possible but it also means my track cant have too many flaws either.

Once I get MAX back up and running and throwin down some trenches and tunnels, then well get some more screens up.

Nothing major. Ill export the track tunnels and the terrain, swap the 2 to make trenches and tunnels and throw up a generic station.

Nothing else, just bare bones basics.

Looks like Ill have to do a total 3ds type deal where I do the terrain, water and footers with 3ds and track and supports with NL.

No other way to do what I want to do.

Kinda. Its not really on hold. Doing recreations is very time consuming and tedious. I try not to miss the details and that means lots and lots of hours (yes, even with tools!) recreating certain feels.

Too many hours doing that wears you out and more realistically it just drains my motivation. So I work on it in sections.
