NEED HELP. HOW CAN I PREVENT MY STAFF FROM QUITTING?
FOR SOME REASON THEY WALK AROUND BORED AND THEN THEY JUST QUIT. WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP THIS?

Train them to the highest level and give them large assignment areas.

Anyway, what he said. Also if you have hired more staff than you need there will be no jobs left for toher staff members, making them bored and wanting to quit

^I have never heard of anyone quitting a job due to boredom... most people would live for a job where they didn't have much to do.
