Alright another Texas oark here for ya. I decided to take the two hours drive to Houston to experience astroworld. Its kind of a unique park because of the different coasters. For parking you park in the lot of Reliant Field and take a short bridge over the freeway. The layout of the park seemed simmilar to SFMM cause most of the rides were located in a circle on the edges of the park. Only Viper was in the middle. The park itself was fairly clean, not as bad as Fiesta Texas but no where near Busch parks. The park didnt look to bad because alot of the coasters got new paint a couple weeks before i went. When i went fastpass was free so if it still is(which i doubt) it is definetly the best way of going.Enought of that. Here are the rides(photo link included.)

Batman: The Escape-My favorite ride of the park. Its an older B&M stand up. The line for Batman was barely out of the station but i had fastpass so i dont know the aproximate wait time. The ride itself was awesome. It didnt "effect" certain body parts like Riddlers at SFMM did. It was also smooth. The ride consists of a loop, sharp drops, a helix, and a few hills(mostly twisty).Theres also a short tunnel at the end of the ride. The best place to sit is easily the front beacuse of the view that you get. A ride with small lines and sure to be fun to ride again and again

Greezed Lightnin-Its the same ride as Montezumas Revenge at KBF.The lines were very short and the ride was too. You could ride numerous times in a short period of time. The ride includes a week launch(zero to sixty in 4 seconds), a loop, a tower, and then a return trip in reverse. Gets old and boring after a while but i would ride(theres not many coasters in the park.)

Mayan Mindbender-Indoor family coaster that was pretty fun.The ride isnt very fast but pretty long and has a twisty layout. The best part is that its very dark and you have no clue whats next. The line suprisingly was fairly long. It was about 20-30 minutes. And the cars are connected in a train but the cars are kinda weird. One person sits in a seat with your legs spread out. If you have a second person they sit in your lap.SO guys bring the ladies on this one.

No pic available

Serial Thriller-Clone of Mind Bender and Mine eraser at other Six FLags parks.Inverted and the trains sit two abreast. The line was pretty long(40 minutes) but we got fastpass. I only waited maybe 30 seconds and sat in the front. The ride contains a rollover, a hill, a sidewinder, and double inline twist, and a few hills. Delivers thrills and is a riders favorite at the park.

Serpent-Belive it or not had a long line 20 minutes about so i didnt ride. But heres a pic anyways(its a kiddie coaster)

Texas Cyclone-They say not to ride in the back. You better listen. Its the roughest woodie out there. I sat there and had a bruise on the side of my hip from slamming against the side of the car. The layout is pretty similar to most cyclone coasters but you should ride. Just sit in the middle or front. The ride just has hills and turns at the top and thats about it. But its the only woodie int he park so give it a spin or maybe two. About a 10-15 minute wait.

Ultra Twister-It should be called the cage. Thats what it feels like. Its a fun ride though. You and a buddie are strapped down in a single car that will take you through the cage. The ride has a vertical drop which is awesome because of the cage feeling, a hill, inline twist, reverser, a drop backwards, and two inline twists going backwards. The ride is fun everytime(i went 5 in a row) and is definetly a must ride. There is no of these around anymore. Also there was NO wait.

Viper-Were goin old skewl brotha! Its an old steel looper with a figure eight layout. The line was short and it was another ride to repeat on. The drop has a tunnel over a third of it and the track goes over a small pond during the figure eight. All though it seems simple its a fun ride that should always stay. The trains even have lap bars and no more of those shoulder harnesses. Ride over and over again if you have the time.

XLR8-Its should be called mph8 cause its slowwwww. Big bad wolf at busch is ten times better and lets see....about 8 times faster too. Plus this ride has two lift hills so each section of the ride is short. The ride then takes a long time to complete the circuit but hey you should ride it anyways. The helix after the second lift is pretty fun and the last stretch throught the trees is cool as well. But personally i think the rest sucked. Plus i had to wait an hour. Give it a ride and see what you think. Its my most questionable coaster in the park. You hate it or love it.

I hope this helps you or you enjoyed reading comment and let me know what should be next(2morrow night)

-Busch Gardens WilliamsBurg plus drachen fire and wild maus
-KBF minus silver bullet
-Six Flags america
