when you export, click options and then check export double sided faces :)

.dae files can be really glitchy when exporting to NL or even Blender so I don't even bother. However, I believe I might know why your model is messed up. In Sketchup, highlight your object and reverse faces. If it's white, then there's your problem. I believe you're supposed to texture those too. If not, then I'm not sure what it is
It's been a long time

White is front facing texture, blue is back facing texture. Ideally you don't want to export double sided faces if possible as this just doubles the amount of faces NL has to render (leading to poor performance).

Are you using NLMAT files to reassign the textures?
