What's up people

So I have always been one to make all my scenery out of supports. There are reasons why I do this but I'll not get into that now. I was curious who else likes to do this and was hoping some would share their creations through pics on here.

So who else makes support scenery?

Somewhat crude crazy stairs inspired building made of catwalks. Was thinking about making a No Limits 2 version of that, as shown in the first two screens. Thank goodness for copy n' paste cuz of the catwalks being shrunk, and it would be a lot to do otherwise. Also felt like trying to make it look a little more like Escher style.

Believe it or not, the fences and queue are made of supports.

Well if it isn't Mr. Slendy.
I don't make ALL my scenery out of supports, just some of it.

So I'm currently making this for rtrudy's new ride. It will eventually be a fully detailed Transfer Section and Storage/Work Housing for a B&M invert.

Just another note, if anyone has any questions on how to do some of these things I am more than happy to help and if I cannot help, I'm sure there will be someone else who can :)

So I just finished the B&M Invert Storage for rtrudy's new ride. Here are the 5 last pics of it, for these ones all of the settings are maxed out and I threw on my custom environment. Enjoy!

Wow! I like the ladders on that B&M transfer section. I'm making a small ''park'' with a few coasters and have been using supports as fences. I usually use 3ds for scenery but have been running into texture issues so uses supports for fences, queues and tree planters now

lol I have 2 issues when making 3Ds: polycount and textures. I cannot simplify them! They need to be perfect! lol

What sort of texture issues are you having? I had a few that I managed to solve so might be able to help you out there!

Wow turbo, that looks absolutely amazing. Back in NL1 I used to do all scenery with custom supports. But your work blows everything away! <3

As far as lag goes it actually decreases it. One reason is because the settings for supports are already optimized for as little damage as possible compared to most 3ds which can have too many Poly's, file size being massive, 1000 textures and all kinds of things. Its part of the reason you'll see a lot of support scenery from me

I am adding a ton of fencing and have made a raised platform area for my View Land Park.

The chessboard is 3DS but the "pieces" are support tubes. I doubt my modeling ability nor my chess knowledge is enough to actually be enough to accurately model the chess pieces. It's kind of like that one at the mall with the big heavy chess pieces that you lug around to the next square every turn.
The butterfly coaster was downloaded from Steam. The rest of the playground is support scenery.
