I choose "This" cos it rhymes with nemesis so this is the best, better than all the rest! "That" is crap cos it rhymes with cat which rhymes with rat, and there is a coaster called sewer rat which isnt that Phat (hah, PH fat, meaning cool. wow!!! i should be a poet! actually no, that was really bad and quite corny!)

Long, actually depends on the ride, if its an Intamin Rocket it nearly always is short! Apart from storm runner
