Make a 3ds circle and construct your turn around that.

Aha, I don't do the 3ds circle thing anymore! I made a flat 90* turn pump-less and saved it as a element. Then I can insert it more than once in a track/divide it/resize it/change height on nodes for helix's/bank it/whatever. Makes pump-less turns a breeze.

Its really a good investment to just take a little time and learn Hsak. Within a few hours you can make anything you want.

Or spend just a little more time and learn the FVD formulas, they've opened up my creativity like nothing else has recently, and they're really simple (even more-so than HSAK) once you know what you're doing.

For the record: A 90 deg turn *cannot* be "pump free" by nature.

The maximum turn angle for a "virtually pump free" segment is at approximately 60 to 65 deg. For any *truely* "pump free" turn you will want to go way lower with these angles even, right into the range of 25 to 35 deg max.
