Yeah I can definitely pinpoint some major concerns from some of the angles you've shown, I'll have to wait until I can download it to break them down analytically however. But it does look pretty good.

I rode the track several times, and did a few side by side comparisons. the only issue I really found was what you pictured Here:

I gave it my best.

The track on the real ride looks like it lowers a little more sharply and banks earlier. Other than that the rises into the flat banked turns were SPOT on, and it looked and rode incredibly! NICE job!

I have done some work on the corkscrew, high roller, and the Minnesota Valley Railroad. Mostly did a lot of terrain work and scenery. Its really starting to come together.

The first picture made me realize how beautiful this park really is! It just seems so gorgeous with the water and the ride placement. Six Flags needs to learn from Cedar Fair.

The arrow loop still looks a little round to me.
All hail your great Arrow Dynamics overlords.

I would agree with CoasterGuy on the loop, they are hard to keep shape if you are depumping, learned that the hard way...
everything else is really coming together quite nicely! Stunning pictures! Can't wait to see more!

Looking closely at the park picture and your park pictures REALLY makes me admire the time and effort that you are putting into this!

WOW! I really looking forward to this park / recreation! It all looks promising and a lot of fun! :D Great Work!

As for the loops: You need at least 8 or 9 vertices for the full loop. Than, set every second vertice on "locked". If you now debumping the track, the shape should be kept but smoothed out =)

For real, can??????t wait to wander around in this park! :D

I just saw the latest revision, ...if you??????re using the "Chance Morgan Custom Trains", why did you scaled them to 0,88? :D Just a question. The cars were released in the first version.
I think the Vekoma Corcscrew rails are a bit too wide for this type. So i had to make a small adjustment in scaling. Finally the shape was important. If i could improve the trains, it would be great since i got not much feedback at all, for the trains =)

Otherwise the park looking good! :D I like it very much! Especially the support work. Awesome!

the cars I scaled down cause they seemed too big, or at least like they sat too high over the rails, causing clearance issues. I feel like the cars length and width are about right. I honestly didn't think anyone would notice that I scaled them down but your not the only one to ask.

for the rails I tried using the arrow suspended track and turned it upside-down. It looked really nice I but ran into banking and heart line issues with that.

as for the loop, it may be scaled wrong but I used a overlay for just the loop so Im pretty sure its shaped right. Also while I worked on it I noticed that this particular loop doesn't look as teardrop shaped as the other arrow loops(remember it is a very early model).

Image
so what do you think, still need to be reshaped?

ok Valleyfair fans!

I have made some HUGE progress on my recreation, mainly due to the fact that I learned Sketchup and really needed to get any more done. To start I would like to thank TallonD83 for making me these awesome, gorgeous, and spectacular train skins. frankly, the pictures don't due them justice. Also we were unable to find a picture of the logo on the front of the corkscrew, so if anyone comes across one please send me a link or something.
Image

I would also like to thank Projektion for making a special version of the Extreme Swing.
Image

Most of the other stuff I did was adding in buildings. I planted a lot of trees and did a little terrain work. There really isn't that much to tell so I guess I will let the pictures do the talking.

Renegade is starting to get filled in.

and OMG what's this? Excalibur? Surprise.(still very early draft)

It is going very well. I have plenty of work to do but there are things I cant do. I will eventually need more rides, let me know if you can help. here is a list of rides I need. keep in mind a non-animated ride is better than no ride.
-Northern Lights
-Scrambler
-Tilt A' Whirl
-Monster
-Riptide
-Carousel
-Super Cat
-Wheel of Fortune
-Dinosaurs Alive
-Balloon ride
-Kite Eating Tree
-Linus's Beetle Bugs
-Linus Launcher
-Lucy's Tugboat
-PEANUTS 500
-Sally's Swing Set
-Snoopy vs. Red Baron
-Woodstock Whirlybirds
-Snoopy's Deep Sea Divers
any of the rides I missed I already have planned like Thunder Canyon, and The Wave.
Just let me know if you want to help or want to see more.

Looks superb so far! Keep up the great work you've been doing. Good luck with Excalibur. I always thought that ride and Gemini were sketchy as hell.

Also in regards to that Arrow loop on Corkscrew keep in mind the "All Arrow loops are exactly the same" rumor is something I find pretty stupid. I still find the new corkscrew paint job (and the wild mouse) appalling but you didn't make that decision, the park did lol.

Roller coaster shaping is still off but the scenery detail looks great. I love this park.

This is a wonderful recreation of Valleyfair. It is very accurate to the real park. Like GerstlCrazy said, work on the element shaping a bit more, but besides that, it's great. Keep up the great work.

I still think your loop on the arrow is off as arrow makes teardrop shaped loops, not round ones. Please put support connectors on the arrow as well.

Is the overlay your using at an angle? If it is, that might be what makes it look off. It might be your FOV too though.
