Vanishing NL Tracks and Stuff...please help!

So, a little back story: I had to redo my computer (HDD click of death, lost everything). After getting everything back up and running and reinstalling NL everything was going good. I had begun working on a B&M Hyper today (which was coming out awesome), plus had a really good rendition of SFDK Superman Ultimate Flight (complete with forward/reverse launches). Basically, I was going to do some video grabs from my hyper coaster to send to a friend when I found out that my screenshots/videos weren't saving in the screenshots folder. Further research told me it's a Windows 7 x64 thing. So, I made some changes (running NL as an admin, changing permissions on my hard drive in hopes that it would allow NL to create files in the screenshots folder) and suddenly my 3 tracks I had made are now gone. Is there any way of restoring these or am I going to have to take my losses and move on again?

Any help would be hugely appreciated.
