video export only exporting sound

So when I try to record a video of my coaster using the NL2 video export, only the sound is recorded.... Am I doing something wrong?

I'm having that issue as well. I recorded several videos and all that comes up is the audio and a black screen. Not sure why...

That happened to me too back when I had NL2. Eventually I just stopped using the in-game recorder and used something else but it never turned out quite as good.

I don't know if you need the Pro version for it but I think you don't need it.

Hi, I am experiencing this problem too. As I don't have the pro version I cannot choose the file format, only resolution and framerate.
Does anybody have ideas on how to fix this?

I had this issue at first as well.

Maybe it is this, maybe it isn't, but for me, I found the videos were not working in Windows Media player. I found opening the same files with quick time player worked fine.
