I can't find the old topic for this, so this one will do for updates, discussion and stuff.

This is looking quite good...for a Zierer!

Wow. I have seen pictures of this ride but i havnt ever seen that drop. It looks real awkward but really Wicked lol. It says on RCDB that your launched up the drop and then horizonatlly. That must be soo cool being launched up but wheres the other launch?

I think the train is launched out of that steel tunnel and then up the tower.

It says it uses the LSM type of launch. Yes, I've been waiting for information to be released on this! That looks Wicked, it really does. Is it a vertical drop or beyond?

I'm pretty sure it is just a 90 degree straight drop.

I agree with all of the comments made so far. If the coaster is launched with any kind of speed the top of that 90 degree hill will be insane. The roll in the background doesn't look too bad either.

Did you notice that it said on RCDB that there is one horizontal and one vertical launch? I guess it launches out of the steel tunnel and then hits more lsm's on the vertical spike! That should give a good pop of airtime!

Looks like a great ride. I'm guessing the LSM's on the spike will make sure you don't go way too fast over that tiny radius at the top. The first launch will probably be not quite enough to get the cars over the top, and the second one will give the little push it needs to get over. Does this make sense to anyone else, or would it not work at all?

Unless it's similar to Maverick's lift, in a sense that the LSM's will stop right before the lead into the drop from a controlled speed. Just a guess.

I think the second launch is the straight peice of track that looks like a brake segment behind the first drop. Anyway, this ride looks awsome, I can't wait to see it finished.

You could be right, but more than likely that's just an MCBR. Also, has anyone checked out that component right before the vert drop? Looks like a trim to me, and I hate trims. It could destroy that hills intensity...

Even if that is a trim, with it being past the crest of the hill and the cars being about the same proportions as the Gerstlauer Eurofighter cars, I doubt the airtime would be affected much by it.

...As much as I hate to say it, those trains are much sexier than EuroFighters...
