No, but I was able to purchase this fine ass for a very stupid price last week.

All fat parents need at least 15 minutes to remeasure their 53 inch children.

Cedar Point Fanboys - While Cedar Point happens to be my favorite amusement park that I've visited so far, I get annoyed with the fans that claim Cedar Point is the only park where you can ride insane, world-class coasters.

Coaster operators joking around with each other while the waiting times are 3h.

People that are trying to get in children that are way under the minimum hight.
Then the operators need to talk to the people with the child. And that takes forever sometimes! Looking straight at Liseberg (Helix).
Yes....

Magnum, Raptor, TTD, and Maverick are pretty much the only reason I'll visit the park in the future aside from taking a spin on whatever new ride they put in. Everything else is pretty average there. MF is good at looking badass and going fast. Once you get over going fast, it's......MF lol.

Gatekeeper felt more intense this year on my one ride that I took, but it was constantly down for an overspeed in main brake all day so that probably had something to do with it lol.

Maverick as far as I'm concerned is in a league of its own (haven't ridden Intimidator 305), and Magnum won't even lose its ejector air status since no company is willing to design air hills like that ever again.

Saw someone on TPR complaining about the wait for Gatekeeper being long as hell and then in the same post complaining about the Gatekeeper op rushing him and "slamming" the restraint down lol.

Not being allowed to re-ride when there is empty seats, especially when the train is half empty.

People that invade my personal space in the queue lines. You don't need to stand that close to me because you're not getting on the ride any faster.

My family has found a solution to picture takers at the front of the park. In October, we went to Kings Island where they do take pictures. That day was just my dad and I (my mom and brother stayed home). Anyways, he told me to walk ahead about 20 feet so I was by myself, him walking behind as if he wasn't with me. It worked twice and now we're doing that every time.

Anyway here are some of mine

Picture taking (obviously)
When you can't bring stuff on ride and have to store them in lockers *cough cough* Banshee *cough cough* Firehawk *cough*
No shade in line on a hot day
Regular fastpass and super fastpass for the best rides in the park (Kings Island)
Annoying girls screaming on rides, even when you just start going up the lift.

Not bringing stuff on rides makes a lot of sense, unless you mean no storage cubbies and you're forced to rent a lockers like six flags parks.
What are these for?

Yeah, I recently came across this site doing search for something else and browsed through the topics. I don't post a lot on message boards. More of a lurker. But, once in a while I see something that I want to comment on.

I have a job in my local amusement park (flat-ride op), and when its quiet the guests on the ride want to re-ride. However I am not allowed to do this because my boss made up some bullshit about the blood-circulation of the human body and people can get hurt if they don't get off the ride. I have to disappoint people every day on the job :/ .

You may be asked by the ops if your body is okay at some local parks when you keep riding multiple times lol! ;)

Which flatride do you work at? I can understand that if you work at a huge/intense flatride, the management would think up something like this. The reasoning would be just plane stupid on something small and forceless.

When people forget to put loose articles in the cubbies and the ride op has to put it there.

It's funny how, even with certain policies, ride-ops aren't consistent. I remember once year when friend & I went to Busch Tampa, they were enforcing the re-ride policy on Montu, having to get off after 2 rides and walk around. But, over on Kumba (which is IMO the most intense coaster in park), they let us re-ride as much as we wanted.

I'm not going to mention which park, but if you know the ops well enough, they might let you ride in an empty seat that is roped off. It doesn't happen a lot. They get in trouble for allowing it. I never argue with them. If they let me, great. If not, oh well, no big deal.
