^Yeah that looks terrible and kind of poorly built. Maybe the pov video made with NoLimits was better than we thought [lol][sillyme]

Yeah kinda but it still looks really... weird and funky. Of course, a lot of Intamins have those types of transitions. You probably won't notice it much while actually riding it...

It's not poorly built. It seems like the new Intamin train design has a heartline that is higher off of the track than their old trains. This, combined with their recent experimenting in making banking transitions as quick as possible, causes these quick transitions to look really exaggerated and funky.

This thing just totally looks funky all around. It's awesome that I'll actually get to ride it this season, it's looking nice.

Looks wicked. Does anyone think that the norwegian loop looks pretty big compared to the lift hill in height, like you wont go over the first half that fast? Might just be the view from that webcam shot, and the fact that the lift is vertical etc so it doesnt seem very dominant.

That norwegian loop looks sexxy [:D].
I'm guessing that the cobra-roll will be an intense thrill because of how small it is. Also, I think a lot of people are definitely underestimating how fun the drop is going to be. Fahrenheit is going to be an awesome addition to hershy. Does anyone know when this thing is going to start testing?

I love how Hershey squeezes coasters into incredibly tight spaces! Check out the pics from the link in the above posting - Flying Phils Photos -to see what I mean. Folks eating in the catering pavilions are going to get some great views.

Our school goes on a trip 2 days before it opens.
I should see if I could get my dad to drive up to hershey and stay up there for the opening.

I still can't understand why they'd build a coaster that doesn't even have an hourly capacity over 1000. It was a stupid move. The wild mouse has higher capacity for christ's sake.

My teacher called and talked to Hershey. They said that they won't be able to open it before we get there. Atleast when we go it'll be closed to the public :)

stupid move all around on Hershey's part, they could of done better. BUT with that said, i think it'll still be a great ride, just not the right ride at the right time for Hershey. I mean the drop cant' be a whole lot different then storm runner, and same with the elements. There's just a different feel when you're on a B&M as compared to an Intamin, and now the park has two intamins with the exact same cars. I still would of loved to see a hyper span the back and north side of the park, but whatever.

Here's a testing video if you missed it.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T9xRttrRQk4&NR=1

and the ride aparently valleyed in a morning test run, and i dont know if people got to ride it yesterday (opening day) at all.

here's a vid of it being pulled through the cobra
