Looks like Thorpe is going with a new B&M type design for 2012. That would be the world's second B&M Wing-Rider roller coaster. I must say that this ride will be one of the most interesting looking rides I have ever seen.

The ride will feature at least two inversions including one never-before-seen on any B&M creation out there.

It's not just that it's short, some short rides really are awesome, Excalibur at Valleyfair is one of the best roller coasters out there, as is SheiKra.

But I believe that for the wait that will be endured for this, especially the beginning years, people are really going to be all "...reallyyy, REALLY??"-y

On another note, does that large water boat splash ride REALLY not have a bridge in the wave zone??

THAT'S love AWESOME.

I'm sorry for the caps. It seemed appropriate to my reaction.
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

This is gonna be a great addition to a good park.
I am liking the layout and the theming looks well thought out. It would've been nice to have a woodie tho.

Or maybe LC-12...however great layout!Without limits of height and landscape they can test new elements.I love that pre-drop inversion!

Looks a bit short.
Fun, but short.
Cradled by two loving arms that I'd die for,
One little kiss and Felina goodbye.

No it does. If you take a look at the first picture, it's right before the 180 degree turn into the station. That ride creates an ENORMOUS splash.

I can see why people would say it's short, but compare it to other UK rides and it's no shorter than the majority of them.

I am pretty interested in this. It's making me actually consider renewing my annual pass. I wasn't going to because I'm now poor, but to buy it new in 2012 is like ?????????40 more expensive than renewing it and I would use it this year too, if I had it... hmmmm, decisions decisions.

I think this ride looks full of adrenaline, way better than Raptor at gardaland.

Theming looks lame... I hate this chavy dirty wrecked look Thorpe is going for. Just some finical thing so they don't have to fork out on paint jobs and cleaning down the line. The theming is future proof...

Seems a bit too short for me, but X isn't that long either. I like the drop, would love to ride that. Awesome renderings too.

As mentioned before your be hard pressed to find longer rides in the UK. We just don't have the space for such things. Obviously I understand that it has an impact on how good the ride is just don't think you can really criticise the design in that way.
