^ It took me a second to get it.... But anyways InVadr seems to have a warm welcome so I don't see what this wouldn't I am surprised they are using fire as a special effect though. After the smiler accident I would assume they would stay away from anything even remotely dangerous.
What are these for?

I'm assuming that'll be the British Raging (non-looping) Spirits! Looks entertaining! :D

Alton Towers doubling down on it's recent safety record and the British GP's perception of wooden coasters.

"You think we're unsafe? Let us prove you wrong by building a woodie that we know you think is unsafe, and mixing it with fire."

No Image.

I really like the trains, but am torn on the logo part. I don't really think you need words on the front of the train, but my guess is it's mostly for additional revenue due to photo sharing online and such.

I just don't get the grey bit, surely black/brown/something dark would've looked a whole lot better.

Maybe it's to provide contrast so it looks like riders are in something rather than simply on the track. Most other GCIs have their trains in a contrasting color so you can see the rides movement clearly.

Yeah but they don't highlight the bottom part of the car, in this case it stands out and detracts from the design on the front. On everything else the to stands out from the bottom and it looks far better.

Yeah the grey bottom doesn't look very good. They should have made it a dark brown.

Mods: it might be sensible to add "spoiler alert" to the title of this thread; some people may not want to see some of the above photos!

It's not like the photos are spoiling much anyways. It's all things we've already seen before.

The soundtrack sounds good from IMAscore. Funny though that the alton towers tune/theme or something has been incorporated as well. xD

I think Wicker Man has turned out looking pretty good. And even without theming it would still be better than Apocalypse!

We know it's not going to be the most thrilling ride, but, the very fact that this photograph was taken at Alton Towers is an achievement worth celebrating.
I know in reality it won't, but there's hope deep down inside me that might clear the way for a proper one in the future.

We now have our first forward facing POV. Filmed during the VIP event last night. I have to say, this ride looks amazing at night.

We also now have this video of the rides pre-show (also, WARNING: SPOLIER ALERT):

As expected, it looks like a genuinely fun ride as all the GCI's are. Nothing over the top thrilling, but definitely fun!

Anyone who was planning to go this weekend? As I heard it's currently closed due the cold temperatures.
